Four rules — every decision passes through them
You meet these principles inside the product; below you can see where each one comes into play.
We don't open anything untested
Every feature is tested before it is opened. Those tested from start to finish with a real transaction carry the "Live" label.
Transparent costs
Every Seyok task appears line by line in the credit history: which task was done, how many credits were spent. The estimated credits are shown before the task runs; the unused part of the reserved credits is returned. Records are not deleted; mistakes are corrected with a correction entry.
No lock-in
Your data is yours. You choose your payment, shipping, accounting and SMS providers, and the contract is in your name; you don't have to move your store to change providers. If you want to leave, you take your product, customer and order data in a standard file format.
Local first
Selling in Turkey follows Turkish rules: KVKK notice and consent flows, cookie preferences, İYS consent management, e-documents, distance selling and the ETBİS assessment. These weren't added later; they were part of the infrastructure from the start.
How does a feature get onto the platform?
Every feature goes through these four steps.

A feature comes from stores' real needs. A feature nobody needs doesn't even make it into the queue.
Tested with a real transaction
Tested from start to finish with real products, orders, payments and returns.
Opened on the platform once tested
If the test record is sufficient, the feature is opened to the platform. Those tested from start to finish with a real transaction carry the "Live" label.
Monitored after opening
Every live capability is monitored in the Integration Health Center. If a problem appears, the change is rolled back and the reason is stated openly.
